We're not massive fans of Kate Moss, but even we have to feel sorry for here in the wake of the current 'storm' she's found herself embroiled in. Speaking to a leading fashion website, Kate commented that one of her life's motto's is 'nothing tastes as good as thin feels'. Fairly innocuous - however the comment has been pounced upon by anti eating disorder campaigners, saying the model is promoting anorexia!
Now, where in that comment does Kate suggest not eating?? And if this quote causes such outrage, why doesn't Beth Ditto's constant 'big is better' schtick?? We've got a massive problem with obesity in this country, one which costs the NHS billions of pounds. Yet despite being morbidly obese, Beth is hailed as a positive role model. If both had a BMI check, we're pretty sure which would be classed as the most unhealthy...
This is Georgia Jagger. You may have seen her plastered all over the front of the UK papers today where she's been unveiled as the new face of Rimmel. Now look at her - she gorgeous. But are we the only ones that thinks that sooner or later you won't even be able to get a job at the council unless you're the offspring of a celebrity? There are scores of models grinding away, going to castings day in and day out just to make a living, so it seems unfair when someone like Georgia comes along and gets such a great, high profile campaign. Obviously, it's possible that she got the gig due to her talent as a model. But are we the only people that think that maybe the name 'jagger' somehow came into play here - after all, it's already resulted into massive publicity for Rimmel....
We tried to think of something witty and cutting to say about JLS on the cover of GT, but we're feeling charitable. The boys look quite good. It's nice when they don't do that ghastly red, green, yellow and blue combination. Well done to the stylist who gave Oritse a hat to disguise his odd shaped head. Whoops! We tried!
It was a treasure trove of pirates and parrots for Ebony Bones! as she performed at Paris Fashion Week today for the Jean Charles De Castelbajac catwalk show.
The girl's mad, but we love her!
Last month, Lily Allen launched her new jewellery line. You'll soon be able to buy these delightful trinkets at asos.com and err..H Samuel. Some of the jewellery looks like it could have been designed by a ten year old but we think the fruity necklaces are cute! Will you be buying your loved ones any of these for Christmas? It's a bit better than buying something from the Colleen Rooney line at Argos.
You can see the full line on the In Style website.
Marie Claire have the first look at Cheryl Cole's advertising campaign for Loreal.
Cheryl will be promoting Elvive Full Restore 5 which is the first hair care range targeting British women's four key hair issues: weak, limp, lifeless, dull and straw-like locks.
Now we're sure that there are a few British women who take offence to being described as having hair like Worzel Gummidge. And surely a woman who reportedly spends £4000 a year on her WAG circa 2006 hair extensions, shouldn't really be promoting this hair care...

The Alexandra Burke video premiered on ITV2 last night. Shot in downtown L.A, the high budget video is directed by Bryan Barber (Outkast,Kelly Clarkson).
In the video, a leather clad Alexandra flouts various health and safety rules, including recklessly throwing her blackberry in an open car and dancing in the street at night with some very high Christian Louboutin Ni Toi Ni Moi ankle boots. Hasn't Alexandra heard of stranger danger! She seems quite oblivious to the men emerging from the dark shadows, leering suggestively at her!
We'd have like to have seen Alexandra doing some ghetto style grinding against an underused Flo Rida who is left leaning against the wall like he's waiting for a lift. Instead we have to make do with him perving over her as she sashays past him.
The best bit for us was the bar room brawl (fast forward to 2:26) - FYI, dancers do not make good fighters!
Do you think the video will help send this song to number 1? We think it makes a pretty decent song even better. What do you think?
